Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority changes hours due to COVID concerns

ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — In order to protect employees and community members amid concerns about rising COVID-19 cases, the City of Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) decided to modify its hours of operations.

According to officials, starting Friday, Jan. 14, all RRHA offices will operate on an appointment-only basis until further notice.

“RRHA continues to monitor the coronavirus outbreak and keep the safety of our employees, customers, families, and visitors as a top priority,” the RRHA posted on Facebook on Thursday, Jan. 13.
