Online grant applications open for American Rescue Plan funding in Roanoke

ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Roanoke community members are now able to apply online for a grant from the city’s American Rescue Plan (ARPA) funding.

According to officials, specific ARPA funding has been dedicated for different initiatives.

As a result, individuals, families, nonprofits, mental health service providers, substance abuse treatment providers, small businesses, and arts and cultural organizations are allowed to apply for ARPA grants through the City of Roanoke.
