In order to minimize overcrowding and wait times, you are asked to come according to the following schedule:
- First dose before Jan. 16 — come on Monday, Mar. 1
- First dose between Jan. 18 and Jan. 22 — come on Tuesday, March 2 or Wednesday, March 3
- First dose between Jan. 25 and Jan. 29 — come on Thursday, March 4 or Friday, March 5
The vaccination clinic is open for second doses between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
“It is very important to get your second dose of the Moderna and Pfizer vaccine. These vaccines require two doses to provide full protection for yourself, your loved ones and everyone around you.”Dr. Noelle Bissell, MD, Director of the New River Health District
Those attending are asked to bring a photo ID and your CDC vaccination card. A “Vaccination Screening and Encounter” form is also required to be completed. Click here to download and complete the form in advance.
No appointment is needed to attend either of the vaccine clinic dates.
