LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) — Officials with Lynchburg City Schools continue to develop their “Return to Learn” plan. The focal point of the plan is to bring students back into the classroom.
The plan was discussed at the school board meeting on Tuesday, April 20, though no action was taken.
The “Return to Learn” plan could gradually increase the days students attend class in-person, starting with sixth grade students beginning next month.
School leaders say bringing students back into the classroom safely is the main concern.
