Four of Roanoke’s Greenways reopen for public use, with restrictions


ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – Four of the city’s Greenways have reopened.

Lick Run, Mill Mountain, Garden City and Tinker Creek Greenways are back open, but under specific coronavirus policies which include:

  • Practice social distancing by keeping at least six feet apart from others;
  • Wear face coverings or masks; and
  • Avoid gatherings of 10 people or more

The Roanoke River Greenway is expected to open up next Tuesday.
