DANVILLE, Va. (WFXR) – The Virginia Department of Health’s (VDH) Pittsylvania/Danville Health District, with support of local COVID-19 response partners, will be holding a vaccination clinic on Saturday morning.
The clinic — which is set to take place at the former JCPenney at the Danville Mall between 9 a.m. and noon on Saturday, June 12 — will dispense the first and second dose of the Pfizer vaccine, which is approved for anyone age 12 and up.
Anyone attending the clinic, who is under the age of 18, must have parental consent and/or be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or someone acting in the place of a guardian.
Second dose vaccines will be given to those who have already received their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine on or before Saturday, May 22.
If you are coming for your second dose, please bring your vaccination card or record that shows the date that you received your first dose.

Everyone attending will be required to wear a face mask, as well as a shirt that allows easy access to the upper arm.
