NEW ORLEANS (WFXR) — If you’ve ever been to the Crescent City, you know you can tell you’re in New Orleans just by the smell of the food.

From Creole to Cajun to soul food, there are many people who flock to the Big Easy just for a taste of some of the classic dishes.

Brian Landry — one of New Orleans’ top chefs, as well as the owner of the Jack Rose Restaurant — made a virtual visit to the Star City so he could discuss the history and culture behind the Crescent City’s unique cuisine, as well as upcoming festivals, such as New Orleans Restaurant Week.
