ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – One local religious organization took a few hours Saturday morning to give back to the community.
Church of God in Christ, Inc. unloaded and handed out a tractor-trailer load of free family food boxes full of dairy, pre-cooked meats and fresh produce at Big Lots on Hershberger Road.
This event is held rain or shine every Saturday.
