ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — With the help of citizens in the Star City, one tiny resident was rescued from a storm drain.
The Roanoke Police Department says Roanoke Stormwater and Animal Warden, Beaman stepped into action to help a distressed kitten who had somehow landed in a storm drain.
Together, they helped to remove the kitten. Roanoke Police say the kitten was healthy and is now resting at the Regional Center for Animal Control & Protection (RCACP).
