(WFXR) — If you’re looking for last minute turkey tips, WFXR News has you covered with advice collected from a variety of experts.
You may have never heard of some of these tips before, but all of them will help you when it comes to cooking the Thanksgiving bird:
If you want to add some flavor, you can dry brine your turkey pretty easily. All you need to do is rub the turkey with salt and your favorite herbs.

As for how long to roast your bird, the USDA recommends giving it 20 minutes per pound at 325 degrees until its internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
