NEW YORK (Fox News) – Nearly two dozen Democratic candidates are vying for the party’s nomination to become the nation’s 46th president.
The top three candidates have done some shifting, according to a new Fox News poll. Joe Biden continues to lead the Democratic hopefuls with 31% of Democratic primary voters. Next is Elizabeth Warren at 20%, Bernie Sanders at 10% and Kamala Harris at 8%.
Warren’s steady incline has been tracked since March where she gained 5 percentage points between March and May, followed by 3 more in July and 8 more so far this month, totaling a 16 percentage-point increase.
During that same time, Sanders dropped 13 points, from 23% to 10% now.
Biden and Harris are both exactly where they were in March.
John Hickenlooper dropped out of the race on Thursday.
