BLAND COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — Virginia State Police are investigating after a 40-year-old man from Tazewell County was shot along I-77 early Friday morning.
According to authorities, around 5:27 a.m., the victim was heading northbound on I-77 in a burgundy Toyota Corolla when a gold Pontiac Montana minivan drove up next to him near mile marker 63.
