FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s help to track down the person connected with stealing several items from a store.

It happened at the James River Equipment at 76 Taylors Road in Boones Mill on Monday, May 9. When deputies arrived, they were told that the incident happened between 6 p.m. on Monday and 7 a.m. on Tuesday.

Surveillance video captured the person’s vehicles — a Jeep Cherokee and a Chevrolet White Rollback — heading toward Roanoke County at approximately 1:50 a.m. on Tuesday. That person took several items including a John Deere X390 riding lawnmower, a John Deere Gator HPX613, a John Deere 620i Gator, and a John Deere 855D Gator, according to deputies.
