Police find $400K worth of meth in Albemarle County home

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – Two people are in jail after Virginia State Police find more than 10 pounds of meth and multiple guns in their home.

Police say the drugs have a street value of more than $400,000.

Two shotguns, a rifle and a handgun were also found.

Jesus Morris, 23, and Krystal Houchens, 34, were charged with conspiracy to distribute as well as firearms charges.

They are being held in the Albemarle Charlottesville Regional Jail.
