VIRGINIA (WFXR) — WFXR is your local election headquarters and we are gearing up for the Virginia June Primary Election on Tuesday, June 20.
Early voting for the Primary Election is open now and ends at 5 p.m. on June 17.
If you want an absentee ballot mailed to you, you’ll need to request one by the end of the day on June 9.
The last day to register online to be eligible for the June Primary Election is May 30. Register online using the Citizen Portal tool here.
Virginia offers same-day registration to voters who did not make this deadline. Voters can register in one of the following ways:
- in-person at the general registrar’s office for your locality
- at your satellite early voting site during the early voting period
- at your precinct on Election Day
