WYTHEVILLE, Va. (WFXR) — The Wytheville Police Department is asking for the community’s help in searching for a woman who allegedly stole a vehicle from the Main Street area on March 11.
On Saturday morning, an unidentified woman was witnessed walking from Spring Street onto South 7th Street toward Main Street when she allegedly looked into a white 1992 Chrysler New Yorker, got in the vehicle, and drove off.
Through investigation, officers learned the Chrysler was unlocked and the keys were inside. The Chrysler has the Virginia License Plate, UES4236.
The woman was seen wearing a brown jacket, jeans, a pink hoodie, and white tennis shoes with a white and black book bag.
