PULASKI Va. (WFXR) — The Pulaski Police Department says a man has been charged with several felonies including shooting into an occupied dwelling after an incident occurred on Bentley Hollow Road on March 17.

On Friday around 9 p.m. officers responded to the 200 block of Bentley Hollow Road in regard to shots fired. Officers were then later contacted by a victim who stated that someone had allegedly shot at their home.

Detectives responded to the scene and conducted a search of the house where they found eight bullet holes had struck the house. As detectives continued searching, they discovered that two of the bullets had traveled into the living room.

There were three adults and four children at home during the shooting, but no one was injured.

Through investigation, 34-year-old Ryan Lewis Grubb, of Pulaski, was identified as a suspect. He was arrested and charged with the following:

  • Transportation of a Firearm by a Felon
  • Shooting at an Occupied Dwelling
  • Shooting from a Vehicle
