HENRY COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — A man is facing drug distribution charges after deputies allegedly seized suspected fentanyl and cocaine from his home on Aug. 31.
According to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, around 8:04 a.m., deputies issued a search warrant in the 4000 block of Daniels Creek Road.
During the search, deputies allegedly discovered suspected fentanyl and cocaine.
52-year-old Tony Cecil Ashby, from Collinsville, was charged with the following:
- Possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl 3rd offense in violation of 18.2-248
- Possession with the intent to distribute cocaine 3rd offense in violation of 18.2-248
Ashby is being held on a $5,000 secured bond at the Henry County Adult Detention Center.

The Crimestoppers Program offers a reward of up to $2,500 for information related to crime. The amount of reward paid depends on the substance of the information.
