FRANKLIN COUTY, Va. (WFXR) — The Franklin County Sherriff’s Office shares that a Hardy man has been arrested and charged with felony counts after allegedly breaking and entering into a home on Sunday, March 19th.

Around 4:35 a.m., deputies responded to a call of a possible breaking and entering incident on the 4000 block of Hardy Road. On the scene, officers viewed surveillance footage from outside the home, and then began to search the area for suspects.

Later, 21-year-old Alexander Bryce Gill of Hardy was arrested and charged with two felony counts of Statutory Burglary of Dwelling and two felony counts of Intentionally Damaging Property over $1000.

Gill is currently being held without bond at the Western Virginia Regional Jail.
