Virginia Tech’s Rosanna Breaux explains how kids are suffering during the pandemic, and how to help them.

Online remote learning, time away from friends, missed schedules, and no activities have taken a toll on our kids’ mental health.

Rosanna Breaux, assistant professor of psychology and director of the child study center at Virginia Tech, explains how our kids are suffering and what we can do to help them.  Breaux discusses children’s mental health including the difficulties children have had returning to in-person school this fall, how some kids don’t perform academically and socially under unusual conditions, and how parents can help their children through the tough times.
