Roanoke, Va. (WFXR) — Native Virginian Photographer, Aaron Spicer started out with a 1984 Kodak Fisher-Price 110 camera in pre-school and essentially has had a camera in hand ever since.
While Aaron has certainly made some upgrades in his gear since then, his innate gifts and remarkable eye for capturing imagery have led him to a fulfilling career as a portrait, wedding, and commercial photographer.
Aaron moved to Roanoke from Fredericksburg just over a year ago and though he’s not Roanoke born and raised, many would consider him an honorary Appalachian. If you haven’t met Aaron personally while seeing him photograph community events and races, you’ve surely seen his work grace a number of publications in the area.
In this Living Local interview, Aaron offers further insight into his career as well as the projects he’s been able to undertake in the region.
