Roanoke, Va. (WFXR) — John Murrill is a Roanoke-based portrait artist and muralist. His artwork has been featured on the walls of various area businesses and has added vibrancy to historic buildings that line the streets of Roanoke.

It’s surprising that he finds the time, as he is not not only an accomplished artist but an Art Instructor at Patrick Henry High School as well as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Western Community College.
