Roanoke, Va. (WFXR) — Thousands of pedestrians are injured or killed in traffic crashes in the United State every year and recently there has been a rise in pedestrian crashes across the Commonwealth of Virginia. This is an indication that traffic safety organizations and agencies will need to remind and educate people on pedestrian safety.
