COVID cases continue to surge across the southwest and central parts of Virginia. Besides people trying to get vaccinated against the coronavirus, we’re entering into the cooler months, which means flu season is closing in. People will be looking into getting a flu shot. The director of the Roanoke City and Alleghany Health Districts, Dr. Cynthia Morrow, talks about the upcoming flu season and when people should get the shot.
