Floyd County resident, Hari Berzins owns a 168 square foot tiny home that’s located two miles off the coveted Blueridge Parkway; the tiny home was once Berzin’s family home but has since been converted into a tiny Airbnb abode.

Today, with nearly five hundred 5-star reviews in hospitality and safety, Berzin has been recognized as the most hospitable host in the entire Commonwealth of Virginia and has even earned the second-highest honor within the United States!
