Roanoke, Va. (WFXR) — Stepping on the scale to weigh ourselves can cause a lot of dread, and for many, can lead to obsessive and unhealthy habits.

In this Living Local Wellness Wednesday segment, Diane Simmons of Simply Fitness by Diane explains that a scale isn’t always the best tool to measure your physical fitness progress and explains that a number on the scale is not singularly determinate of your worth or your wellness journey.
