Leadership coach explains practicing mindfulness in everyday life

ROANOKE, Va (WFXR) — Practicing mindfulness is seen as a useful tool in training our brain to deal with high levels of stress.

Local leadership coach Lynda McNutt Foster says that mindfulness is being able to focus on the present, or in other words, focusing on where you are… and where you are not.

Foster says that many fortune 100 company leaders practice mindfulness to limit stress and deal with their day to day lives.
