Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority spreads holiday cheer with a food drive

ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — The Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority is hoping to add a little cheer to those in need this holiday season.

WFXR News Amanda Kenney spoke with Kaelyn Spickler from Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority on Good Day Virginia about the organization’s food drive and how you can get involved.

The food drive is happening through Nov. 30. You can drop off items such as canned food items, peanut butter, pasta, rice, cereal, and non-perishable goods at the RRHA Central office located at 2624 Salem Turnpike in Roanoke.
