Spirit FM, Salem Civic Center team for Summer Drive-In Concert with Christian artists Cochren & Co., Cade Thompson

SALEM, Va. (WFXR) – Spirit FM has announced the Summer Drive-In concert at the Salem Civic Center.

The concert is the first Christian Contemporary Drive-In experience since the pandemic.

With that in mind, the radio station has said the safety and health of those attending will be a priority as social distancing and sanitation guidelines will be practiced at the concert.

“We are thankful to bring the community together after being apart for so long. It is our top priority to create a fun, positive experience for our community while making sure their family stays safe.”

The concert will take place on Aug. 29 at the Salem Civic Center.

Tickets are $30 per car, in advance. $40 per car the day of the show.

The show is General Admission, meaning parking spots are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cars will be spaced in every other parking space to allow for proper social distancing.

Guests are encouraged to sit in front of their vehicle in the empty space or enjoy the concert from the air conditioned comfort of their vehicle where an FM broadcast will be provided.

Tickets go on-sale Wednesday, July 8 at 10am exclusively at Ticketmaster.com.
