DMV announces additional customer service centers set to reopen next week

RICHMOND, Va. (WFXR) — The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles announced Monday three additional customer service centers that are set to reopen across the Commonwealth next week, including one in our area.

The three customer service centers — set to open on Monday, July 13 — will follow others by requiring visitors to schedule on-site appointment.

The three new customer service centers to reopen next week include:

  • Covington (121 Mall Road)
    • Hours: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Tappahannock (750 Richmond Beach Road)
    • Hours: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon
  • Vansant (1657 Lover’s Gap Road)
    • Hours: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
