On Tuesday, Oct. 3, Roanoke’s Regional Center for Animal Care and Protection (RCACP) volunteers Anita Finkle and Kathy Bauman brought five-year-old Bayla to the WFXR News studio.

Bayla is a beautiful husky! She’s sweet, gentle, and calm, especially for a husky! She gets along well with other dogs and does well with children.

If you are interested in adopting Frankie or any of the other adoptable animals at the RCACP, you can fill out an application.

You can also visit the RCACP’s website to learn more about the shelter’s adoption process, the foster program, or volunteer opportunities.
