ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – Come on down!
You could be the next contestant on “The Price is Right Live,” which is coming to Roanoke in April!
That’s not all! “Weird Al” Yankovic will visit the Star City for a live performance next October!
“The Price is Right Live” will come to the Berglund Center’s Performing Arts Theatre on April 13, 2022 at 7:30 p.m.
The interactive stage show will give eligible contestants to win appliances, vacations and other fun prizes – maybe even a new car!
Classic games such as Plinko™, Cliffhangers™, and more — including The Big Wheel™ and the Showcase — have been moving from city to city and will arrive in the Star City next year.
Tickets for “Price is Right Live” can be purchased now by visiting the Berglund Center’s Box Office, charge-by-phone at 1-844-599-LIVE, or by clicking here.
Also, “Weird Al” Yankovic will bring his show to Berglund Center on Oct. 25, 2022, at 7:30 p.m.
Yankovic is a five-time Grammy winner whose 2014 release Mandatory Fun debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart — a first for any comedy album.
He is one of just five artists to have had a Top 40 single in each of the last four decades, matching Michael Jackson, Madonna, U2 and Kenny G.
Yankovic has had 14 studio albums in his career. During his show, he promises to deliver a different setlist to each of his live performances.
Rather than focusing on the hits from his career, the show will feature Yankovic’s non-parody material and some of his more obscure songs that his long-time fans know and enjoy.
Emo Phillips will open for Yankovic in Roanoke.
Tickets for “Weird Al Yankovic” will go on sale Friday, Dec. 10 at the Berglund Center’s Box Office, charge-by-phone at 1-844-599-LIVE or online by clicking here.
