Junior Achievement: Braeden Booth talks JA ‘More Than Money’

Junior Achievement

Braeden Booth is a third grade student at Mount Pleasant Elementary School.

The Roanoke County student participated in the JA ‘More Than Money’ Pilot Program.

He says he learned key financial terms and now knows what it will take to start a business.

He sat down with Good Day Virginia’s Kathlynn Stone to discuss the program.

What is Junior Achievement?

Junior Achievement of Southwest Virginia, Inc. is a non-profit organization whose aim is to empower young people to own their economic success. We do this by sending volunteers from the local business community into kindergarten through 12th grade classrooms to help students better understand how business works.Junior Achivement logo
