(WFXR) — Homeless dogs and cats around the country are looking for safe and loving owners! The BISSELL Pet Foundation and Dogtopia are partnering for a nationwide ‘Empty the Shelters’ event.
From May 1st through the 15th, over 350 participating shelters in more than 45 states are hoping their furry residents will find forever homes with you. During this two-week campaign, adoption fees will be reduced to $50 or less!
Here is a list of participating shelters in the central and southwest Virginia areas:
- Alleghany Humane Society
- Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA
- Pittsylvania Pet Center
- Regional Center for Animal Care and Protection
- Roanoke Valley SPCA
- SPCA Of Martinsville & Henry County
