ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — If you’re on your self-improvement journey, and looking for a weekend where you can immerse yourself in wellness and mindfulness practices– look no further!

Roanoke’s 11th ‘Body, Mind, Spirit Fest’ is taking place from June 9-11.

This weekend-long festival offers many different spiritual rituals, including cacao ceremonies, kirtan, drum circles, and guided labyrinth walks.

Throughout the weekend, attendees can seek guidance from different types of healers, including energy, sound, and Reiki experts. There will be opportunities to talk with astrologers and intuitive readers as well.

Jewelry, artwork, crystals, eco-friendly products, and essential oils will be available for purchase.

The festival will run from the following times at the Unity of Roanoke Valley church:

  • June 9 — 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
  • June 10 — 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • June 11 — 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.

There will be two wellness presentations every hour from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday. Attendees can choose from the following presentations:

Tickets can be purchased at the door. Admission is $7 per day or $10 for a weekend pass.
