ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – The Roanoke Police says a hit-and-run occurred on Orange Ave NE on Oct. 1, leaving one person injured.
According to RPD, a call was received by 911 dispatch around 3:29 a.m. on Sunday regarding an accident involving a pedestrian on the 2500 block of Orange Ave NE. On the scene, officers found a victim in the median who was hit by a vehicle that then allegedly fled the scene following the incident.
The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
