ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – Craftsmen’s Classics and Feeding America Southwest Virginia are teaming up for their Fall Classic Art and Craft Festival at the Berglund Center over the weekend of Oct. 6.

The festival begins at 10:00 a.m. on both Friday, Oct. 6 and Saturday, Oct. 7.  The event ends at 7 p.m. on Friday and 6 p.m. on Saturday.

On Sunday, Oct. 8 the event begins at 11 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m.

Hundreds of artists and craftsmen from across the country will open exhibits showing off their best works. There are many new exhibitors as well as some favorites from past events. All items are made by the participating artists and craftsmen and ranges from pottery to sculptures, to photography.

Instead of charging admission, admission is free with a food donation to Feeding America Southwest Virginia. This event provides the second largest food donation of the year for Feeding America SWVA, collecting almost $18,000 of food in three days during last year’s festival weekend.
