Native to the Mohawk Valley/Central New York area, Thad Randazzo graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Institute of Technology (SUNY Poly) in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication & Information Design and a Minor in Technology in Culture. He is a highly skilled and motivated digital media professional, journalist, designer, and hospitality expert. His expertise and interests stretch across a broad spectrum of practical and theoretical areas, including information design, writing & editing, science & technology, project management, culture, customer service, and more. He likes to work hard, collaborate with his team, and is a creative and analytical problem solver.
Upon graduation in 2014, Thad was awarded the ‘Communication and Information Design Distinguished Communication Design Award’ for outstanding creative designs by SUNYIT, and in October of 2021, was declared a ‘Nexstar Digital Influencer‘ for increasing CNYhomepage’s year-over-year loyal user base by 235%.
Above all else, Thad is a public servant to the people of the community. He loves to come to work every day, deliver accurate news, write stories that people care about, deliver high-end quality designs to his clients, and provide a safe & world-class customer service experience at his other jobs.
