Today was the last day for the 2016 Bedford County Fair.
The fair is in it’s second year after closing for 45 years before that.
Fair officials say there is something for everyone including food, rides, and livestock.
They say it’s the staff which truly makes it a great event.
“My favorite part about the fair is just seeing how so many people can get involved. We have a staff of outstanding FFA and 4H members here who just invest their time and spend their weekend here serving their community and to me, that’s what it’s all about,” said Joy Powers, Fair Superintendent.
WFXR news was a proud media sponsor of this year’s Bedford County Fair.
